Squats are a fantastic way to strengthen your hips, core, quadriceps, and hamstrings, and they can be done anywhere! In this 15-day challenge, you'll start with 10 squats on Day 1 and gradually increase to 200 squats by Day 15. Each day, you’ll break your total squats into manageable sets to help you stay on track. No equipment is needed, but you can add weights or a resistance band to increase the challenge. If it becomes too difficult, using a wall or chair for support is a great option. Get ready to build strength and enjoy the journey!
